Argarom is a rural women's social economy company based in the Western High Atlas, amidst argan tree forests, on the road to Imouzzer Ida-Outanane, in the Agadir region. This region is nicknamed the 'Honey Road' and is famous for its festival of aromatic and medicinal plants, such as thyme, euphorbia, lavender, and prickly pear. Our positioning in the heart of a diversity of species, many of which are endemic to Morocco, is an asset that we aim to highlight and leverage. Our company is primarily composed of women from neighboring villages who are the custodians of ancestral know-how related to local products, as well as their medicinal and cosmetic virtues. We showcase this valuable know-how to ensure products of exceptional quality while providing economic and social opportunities for the women in our community.<\/p>
